Child Development Associate (CDA)
CDA is nationally recognized competency-based early childhood certificate comparable to a two-year degree in early childhood education. PICA employees who earn their CDA are qualified for the position of Head Teacher. At PICA, employees are given the opportunity to earn their CDA credential in both an infant/toddler and preschool setting.


These PICA staff recently received their CDA degrees.
